Hello…..Sunday Sweet!!

Out of deference to the horrific events of Friday, I’m choosing to just offer you the recipe instead of my normal off-color humor.

This is the quickest, easiest fudge you’ll ever make. It’s similar to a million posts on the interwebs. This one is mine, though.

Microwave White Chocolate Fudge with Cranberries.

Microwave White Chocolate Fudge with Cranberries

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cook Time: 2 minutes

Keywords: microwave bars candy

Ingredients

  • 12 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups chopped white melting chocolate
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

microwave butter, white chocolate, and condensed milk on high for 2 minutes

stir until smooth

stir in cranberries

pour into well greased 8″-8″ square pan

refrigerate overnight
