Sister Wives Wednesday

In the event that you didn’t already know, some of my very favorite blog buds/real live friend people, I’ve met via What I Ate Wednesday. Wait, I may have met Gina pre WIAW, but the fact remains….

Through blogging, a friendship was born, and we decided to engage in a polyamorous relationship with a fictional book character…oh yeah, we’re also major book nerds. FOODIEBOOKNERDSISTERWIVESFOREVER!!!!

So my sister wives, Jenn and Gina also happen to be amazing cooks, photographers, and supah dupah fit and fly. We three have a passion for food and fitness, which makes it thismuchbetter that Jenn chose  food and fitness as this month’s WIAW theme. It happens that they’re both fitter and prettier than me, but that doesn’t matter with our shared imaginary husband, because they understand; sharing is caring. (but if I end up HPV, I’m going to be pissed….can you get HPV from a book? Probably Fifty Shades of Penicilin.)

Gina. The Hawtness.

This couldn’t be MORE Jenn’s personality.

For this Independence Day/WIAW, I am posting THEIR recipes for my What I Want My Sister Wives To Make For Me Wednesday.

First Up, JENN! Waiter, there are balls in my soup!

Gina No Bake Brownie Fudge Balls

We love our balls.

Jenn, Keen-Wahhhhhh fried rice

Gina: Perfectly Crispy Baked Rosemary Fries

Because you need more carbs in your life. I’ve made both of these, and they’re terrific.

Jenn, Project Pantry she is as anal and organized as I am, and I love it.

Gina, Randoms. This is Gina. She is awesome.

  4. I see you facebook stalked me for that picture… haha. I feel like my eyes look all googely and weird in that one but I suppose I’ll forgive you b/c you posted balls. I love all our balls, something that sounds particularly weird when mentioned in the context of sister-wivesness, no?
