Did you know it’s national peanut butter lovers day? Did you know it’s peanut butter appreciation MONTH? You thought an entire week of pancakes was awesome. An entire month dedicated to the legume I love with all my loins? WIN. I LOOOOOVE peanut butter. I eat it nearly every single day. In my oats, my yogurt, for my lunch, on my fruit,
on my husband, in my protein shakes. I love the stuff.
Seriously, when the pediatrician told me that the Peanut had lost weight while she was sick and needed to gain weight, (in the words of the MizFit) quick, fast, and in a hurry, I immediately thought of my favorite spread. She has had peanut butter, chocolate, banana, and heavy cream milkshakes every other day. I die of jealousy.
In honor of Peanut Butter Lovers Awareness Month, I am shooting out a quick, healthy, granola recipe for you.
