That $200M would have been nice. Oh well. Such is Life. So I picked myself up by my bootstraps *or nursing bra, went to my kitchen, and made myself a bowl of farina and a yogurt parfait. I have a large amount of house cleaning today, and I’ll need my energy. (How can someone 41″ tall make SUCH a big mess?) I also have GOT to do some squats and upper-body work today. I haven’t been able to do much, and I am just itching to get back to it. If I am EVER going to be camera-ready again, I need to get toned and stay toned. (My arms looked ok through the whole pregnancy, alas my arse…….)
So about my parfait…It was super yum!! Organic Greek yogurt (2%) ground flax seed, raspberries and blueberries, a bit of honey, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Oh yes. It was good. Better than good. It was mmmmmm.
Remember the cute Mizunos I was looking at yesterday? Well they aren’t for me. Darn. TOO much stability. So I am going to try the Runner’s World suggestions of these Brooks Ravenna 2 shoes. We’ll see. I am still bummed about the super cute Mizunos.
For today’s workout, I am going to do Women’s Health Lean Body Workout. Doesn’t seem to stressful or too rough for just getting back into it. Thank Heavens. Also, if my three year old tries to do them along with me (as he usually does) he won’t get hurt. BIG plus.
